Coming next week — 2025 Open Enrollment

The Open Enrollment (OE) period for 2024 is coming up, Oct. 28-Nov. 25. This is the one time each year when you can make certain changes to your benefits, effective Jan. 1.

The Open Enrollment benefit change will arrive in your Workday inbox on Oct. 28. This year you will need to make a vision plan election. You will also want to open the Workday event to:

• Make your 2025 vision plan election,
• Review current medical and dental elections,
• Make any desired changes, if applicable, and reach confirmation page reflecting your change
• Address the spousal surcharge attestation if needed/required, or
• Confirm you wish to maintain the same medical and/or dental coverage for 2025
• Enroll or re-enroll in an FSA, Limited FSA, or DCAP benefit for 2025 (these benefits requires re-enrollment each year and do not automatically roll forward)

If you do not review and submit your elections by the Nov. 25 deadline, you will remain in your current medical/dental plans, be defaulted into a vision plan, and dependent coverage will remain the same, if applicable.
