Norton Rose Fulbright represents JLC Infrastructure in acquisition of MasParc

A team of lawyers from Norton Rose Fulbright US LLP advised JLC Infrastructure, an investor and asset management firm specializing in infrastructure investments, in its acquisition of MasParc and Mobility LLC (MasParc), the exclusive operator of the parking system at Northeastern University in Boston, Massachusetts.

The deal, which included a 50-year Concession Agreement with 44 years remaining, enhances JLC's transportation and parking infrastructure portfolio and expands its footprint in key urban markets.

JLC and MasParc's management team together will optimize operations and evaluate growth opportunities, including improving parking solutions, advancing environmental, sustainability and governance (ESG) initiatives and responding to mobility trends.

The MasParc parking system includes approximately 3,100 parking spaces across four garages and 12 surface lots with a diversified user base including students, faculty, staff and visitors at Northeastern University as well as employees of world-class hospitals and institutions in the surrounding area.
