Several free health screenings available during Oso Fit 5K event Feb. 28

The City and Mission Viejo Chamber of Commerce are gearing up for the Oso Fit 5K and Community Health Fair at 7:30 am on Saturday, February 28 at the Norman P. Murray Community Center, 24932 Veterans Way.

Designed to benefit the community and part of the Oso Fit 5K Fun Run, the free Health Fair features more than 60 health and wellness organizations displaying their healthy programs and products and offering giveaways and handouts.

A wide variety of health screenings will be available including pulmonary function testing, mental health screenings, facial and skincare consultations, massage and assisted stretching sessions, post run stretching, physical therapy movement evaluations and more.

The Community Health Fair is free to attend regardless of participation in the Oso Fit races.
