Chaparral Road work to be performed Monday, April 7 through Friday, April 18

KILLEEN, Texas, (April 4, 2025) - The City of Killeen's Public Works Transportation Division will be performing road maintenance on Chaparral Road between Yorkshire Drive and Steppington Drive, starting Monday, April 7 through Friday, April 18, from 7 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. daily, weather permitting.

This maintenance will result in alternating lane closures on Chaparral Drive.

A series of traffic control devices will be in place to guide traffic around the work area. Motorists should anticipate delays and are asked to use caution and obey traffic control devices.
