DALLAS - Lincoln High School and Humanities/Communications Magnet senior Joe G., is making school history as the first student to earn an international soccer scholarship. The Class of 2026 salutatorian will head to England this fall to study sports business at the University of Central Lancashire while playing for Macclesfield Football Club. A first-generation college student and standout athlete, Joe helped lead the Lincoln soccer program to new heights and is continuing a legacy rooted in the sport.

Dallas ISD to begin summer hours
Beginning Monday, June 1, Dallas ISD central offices will transition to a summer schedule, operating from 7 a.m. to 6 p.m., Monday through Thursday, until Monday, August 3.
