Charlotte County Community Development Department to Close April 23 for Countywide Event
CHARLOTTE COUNTY, Fla. (April 22, 2025) - The Charlotte County Community Development Department will be closed Wednesday, April 23, 2025, due to a scheduled countywide event. While the offices will not be open to the public, plan reviews and inspections will proceed as scheduled.
This closure impacts both the main office lobby in Murdock and the satellite permitting office at the Mac V. Horton West County Annex. During this time, phone lines will be unavailable, and no in-person services will be provided.
Normal operations will resume at 7:30 a.m. on Thursday, April 24, 2025.
