Cogenuity Announces Interconnect Solutions Company’s Acquisition of Aero Electronics to Expand Aerospace and Defense Capabilities

SAN FRANCISCO, CA - August 11, 2026 - Cogenuity Partners ("Cogenuity"), a lower middle market private equity firm investing in critical businesses within the advanced industrial economy, today announced that its portfolio company Interconnect Solutions Company ("ISC") has acquired Aero Electronics ("Aero").

Founded in 2004 and headquartered in Titusville, Florida, Aero manufactures cable assemblies, wire harnesses, and braided and molded cables for military and aerospace applications. The company is an ITAR-registered manufacturer serving U.S. and allied defense and aerospace customers.

Aero expands ISC's defense capabilities and its presence on Florida's Space Coast, supporting aerospace and defense customers.
