Humphries Named to NCCAA All-American Third Team

, the OUAZ women's basketball star, has been named to the NCCAA All-American Third Team. The sophomore was a huge contributor for the Spirit in her first year, leading the team in multiple categories.

Humphries finished in the top 10 in the GSAC in multiple categories. She averaged 14.6 points per game (seventh), 8.5 rebounds per game (seventh), and shot 51.6% from the field (fifth).

Humphries was also a force defensively for OUAZ, getting 143 defensive rebounds, 56 steals, and 32 blocks. Her blocks total was third-most in the GSAC, and her steals mark was fifth-best in the conference.

The Dixon, Calif. native is the first NCCAA All-American for the Spirit since 2021. Humphries is now the third NCCAA All-American selection in program history.

Bundy Earns NCCAA First Team All-American Honors

Following an excellent final season at OUAZ, forward was named to the NCCAA All-American First Team. Bundy, who was a key player for the Spirit in a third consecutive NAIA National Tournament appearance, was also named to the GSAC All-Conference team.

Bundy finished inside the top 10 in the conference in many categories, including points per game (seventh), rebounds per game (sixth), and field goal percentage (fifth). The Modesto, Calif. native averaged 15.4 points and 7.4 rebounds per game, and shot 58.4% from the field.

Bundy was a reliable option for the Spirit all season long, starting and playing in all 30 games and averaging the most minutes per game in the GSAC (33.8). He was also a force on the glass, grabbing 170 defensive rebounds (fourth in GSAC) and 52 offensive rebounds (seventh) for total of 222 rebounds (fifth).

Bundy is the first player in program history to earn NCCAA First Team All-American honors. This is the fourth consecutive season in which a Spirit player has been named to a NCCAA All-American team.
