Sunil Joneja brings nearly three decades of experience across the full spectrum of banking and finance-from complex cross-border syndicated and bilateral debt financing to derivatives and innovative structured finance transactions, including over-the-counter commodity, cross-currency and interest rate hedging transactions. He is trusted by banks, borrowers and financial institutions alike for his creative, business-focused approach across a wide range of matters.

Alexandra Fox focuses on complex domestic and multi-jurisdictional lending transactions, including bilateral and syndicated facilities. She works closely with financial institutions, private lenders and borrowers, and brings experience across a range of industries, pairing strong technical capability with a clear understanding of sector-specific considerations.

Scott McLeman is a seasoned corporate finance lawyer with extensive experience advising lenders and borrowers, including financial institutions, on secured and unsecured lending transactions ranging from asset-based facilities to complex cross-border financings.
