Varex Imaging joined the 7th Suzhou NDT Innovation Conference and 5th X-ray CT Symposium, where Senior Application Specialist Jonathan Schock presented TrueSpectrum™ to a full room.
Conventional CT answers beam hardening with heavy filtration - discarding most of the beam to clean up the spectrum, then paying for it in scan time and signal-to-noise. Photon counting separates the spectrum at the detector instead, keeping the photons: cleaner reconstructions, fewer metal artifacts, shorter scans.
Our China industrial team hosted throughout, and the conversations that followed at the booth were the best part of the week. Thank you to everyone who stopped by.
