Palm Beach County Water Utilities Department (PBCWUD) is committed to educating customers about the utility's treatment process and water quality standards. PBCWUD's recently published annual Consumer Confidence Report (CCR), also known as the Water Quality Report, is available to utility customers online, at pbcwater.com, and linked through utility customers' bills. The report shows that PBCWUD had zero water quality violations for 2025.
PBCWUD's team of industry professionals distributes more than 60 million gallons per day of high-quality drinking water to over 645,000 residents located within 1,300 square miles of Palm Beach County. In 2025, PBCWUD conducted more than 50,000 water quality analyses to ensure it continued to meet and exceed all Federal and State water quality standards throughout the distribution system. The utility's NELAC-accredited central laboratory operates seven days a week to ensure rigorous quality standards and regulatory compliance measures are met. And the utility's team of Communications professionals operate around the clock, every day, to ensure prompt service should a customer experience an emergency with their drinking water or wastewater services.
