Scientific Conference on the «Declaration of Cyrus the Great» at UNESCO

On June 1, 2026, a scientific conference, dedicated to the Resolution of Cyrus the Grate entitled "Foundations of Modern Human Rights and Cultural Diversity in the Declaration of Cyrus the Great" was held at UNESCO Headquarters.

The Conference was dedicated to the UNESCO Declaration of Human Rights and Cultural Diversity " as well as to the proclamation by the United Nations 2027 as the "International Year of Legal Literacy, which were adopted and proclaimed by the United Nations in 2025.

The Conference brought together Delegations of Member States, as well as domestic and international scholars and experts. Discussions focused on the historical role of the Declaration of Cyrus as a fundamental basis of human rights, religious tolerance, and cultural diversity, as well as its continued relevance in the contemporary world.
