Rocket Arena Upgrades Continue into NBA and AHL Playoffs

Rocket Arena remains dedicated to enhancing the fan experience, and is continuing to work through upgrades aimed at improving transportation within the arena as we prepare for the NBA and AHL 2026 Playoffs. These enhancements are ongoing and will temporarily affect elevator and escalator access for events during this period.​

What You Need to Know

Elevator & Escalator Availability

As part of the current phase of this upgrade process, one elevator located at the four-bank elevators near Portal 30 will be out of service. In addition, one of the three-bank elevators located near Portal 6 and an escalator near Portals 7 and 62 will be impacted. Fans are encouraged to plan ahead and allow extra time for navigating the arena during this period.​

Navigational Assistance

To ensure a smooth experience for all guests, Experience Engineers will be stationed nearby to guide fans to the nearest staircase or alternative elevator. Additionally, clear signage will be placed throughout the area to help fans find their way effortlessly.​
