E. Locust Street, N. Center Street to N. Clinton Street Closed Effective Thursday May 7th at 7:00 AM
Bloomington, IL - Beginning Thursday at 7:00 a.m., E. Locust Street, N. Center Street to N. Clinton Street, will be closed to all traffic due to water work. This section of E. Locust Street will be reopened as soon as work is completed.
