W. Locust Street, N. Hinshaw Avenue to N. Lee Street Closed Effective Immediately
Beginning immediately, W. Locust Street, from N. Hinshaw Avenue to N. Lee Street, will be closed to all traffic due to water work. The detour will be on Market Street between N. Hinshaw Avenue and N. Lee Street. This section of W. Locust Street will be reopened as soon as work is completed.
