Message from the President: Welcome back!

I hope that all of you were able to rest and recharge over the summer and are entering this school year with excitement. It is wonderful to see our campus come alive once again with the buzz of new students, catch-up conversations and excitement for our academic year ahead.

I have been reflecting on how extraordinary our community is at SFU. We have accomplished so much, and we are in a strong position to continue building into the future. Whether you support students directly, teach, conduct research, provide essential services or keep our campuses running, your contributions to our vibrant community are seen and appreciated. Thank you so much for all your work to date, and for all the work ahead of us this year.

In case you missed it, last week's special edition of Campus Connections shared all the resources and information you should know as we head into a busy fall term, including operational information, teaching and research resources, campus updates and dates to keep in mind this fall, including our upcoming faculty and staff town hall. Please mark your calendars, and I look forward to seeing you there.
