Huge congratulations. Did you ever think you'd get this far and win the show?

Honestly, no. I mean, I've loved this game and played this game so much that on paper I should have believed in myself more, but honestly my focus was not going out first, and then my focus was not getting going out second, and I just kept doing that until the end. It's amazing.

How was that end game? It was tense for me as a viewer. How was it for you?

It was wild, I think until about an hour and a half before I was so split between whether I was going to go with James until the end or with Romesh and Kenny. I wrote a list of everything that I thought James, Romesh, and Kenny had done that was Faithful since Hannah's banishment and the Traitors last recruited, and my list for Romesh was really long. My list for James was even longer, and my list for Kenny was almost non-existent.

And then when we went to four and Kenny voted to end the game, I just knew he was a Traitor, and I was banking on James voting for Kenny, so it would be a split vote, because if he'd gone for Romesh, James would have gone, and then it was just like Romesh seemed convinced that James was Traitor, so I was like, 'Shit, I have a big job to do, and for whatever reason, Romesh and I just really trusted each other.

What do you think your friends and family will say?

I think they might all lose their voices from screaming, they are going to die, especially because the Mission in episode 10, the end mission is me on the outside of a helicopter. My family and friends love this game so much. For my birthday in December, I had a Traitor's birthday, and we played Traitors - this is probably the best thing I've ever done. This is the peak.

What charity did you choose and why?

Choose Love, which is an organisation that supports refugees and displaced people. I used to volunteer with them when I was 15 and 16 when they were first starting out. I'm now an ambassador for them. I have an organisation called Queer Is Always Here, which operates underneath Choose Love and raise money for them. And with them and Queer Is Always Here, we've raised just under £300,000 so far for queer refugees and displaced people.

I had a really difficult time growing up being queer at school, and I grew up in the best environment that you could hope to grow up in, and so hearing stories of people who are in countries where you literally are killed because of your sexuality is something that really moved me, and so supporting people who are being persecuted because of their sexuality and helping them find a space where they can be themselves is something that's very important to me.

What's the first thing you're going to do when you get home?

I have genuinely missed being on my phone. I mean, it's allowed me to lock in on the game, which is great, but I miss talking to my friends. I miss being on social media. I feel like I have a whole cultural world to catch up on, and I want to go and look at the Met Gala looks, and I want to just catch up on everything that I've missed.

Was the game everything you imagined it would be?

Everything I imagined, and so much I couldn't even imagine. I thought the Missions would be TV hard, they were actually hard. I've made real friends - it was a lot harder than I anticipated it being, and there was a long section of the game where I really wasn't sure about anything and I just had to trust my gut and survive.

Were you happy being chosen as a Faithful?

I was disappointed to be honest, but in hindsight, I'm so thrilled that I was a Faithful. The reason I was disappointed was because I think I had a better chance of winning as a Traitor, because as a Traitor, you can only go if you're banished, and my big worry in the game as a Faithful was always being murdered.

I was never that worried about the Round Tables, because I think they are about connecting with people and talking your way out of things, both of which I'm fairly good at. Whereas murder is more about who's a threat, and so as soon as I was chosen as a Faithful, I trusted Claudia, and I trusted the process, and though this is the role I've been given, and now I need to play it to its fullest. And so Operation Fly Under the Radar began. It carried on until the murders were complete. It's amazing,

You were very vocal at the Round Table, did you ever worry that that might bring more heat on you?

No, because I think the end of the game, as Maya Jama found out, is a lot harder if you don't just glide, because you raise suspicions, but you also build trust with people, and I think I never went for someone I genuinely thought was a Traitor, unless I thought there was enough momentum that they could go out, which was Hannah and Joe, and then obviously eventually Maya. I was obviously deeply wrong about Joe, but you have to have opinions, and I think to be honest, as long as on the day to day you're telling people that you trust them and you're building those relationships, it actually doesn't matter at the Round Table, because you can talk your way out of things.

Did you learn anything from previous series?

One of the downfalls of many people in this game is that people that are left are often the least threatening Faithfuls, and so I learned a lot from Nick Mohammed's play from season one of Celebrity Traitors, which was figure out who the Traitors are and then actively befriend them and actively align yourself with them, but I couldn't figure out who they were, but I just made sure I was aligned with everyone. I don't think anyone really thought I was suspicious of them. It wasn't until after the murders that Maya caught wind of the fact that I was suspicious of her.

Who did you feel closest to in there?

I'd say Romesh, and that's ultimately why we were able to win together, because even though things were thrown around, I think we just slightly had each other's backs.

Did you enjoy the Missions?

I surprised myself, and I ended up doing some wild things. Head first down a toilet to collect some tools, and then in the final Mission being strapped to the outside of a helicopter as it took off, and then abseiling off the helicopter and dropping into a loch that was freezing cold, and then swimming to a platform and blowing it up - that's the kind of thing you see on telly, and you write it off, because you're like, oh, it's a TV show, but I actually had to do that.

Do you have a highlight from your experience?

It was the moment that Rom said the word Faithful, and the hug that we had was just wild, it was crazy.

Do you think you've learned anything about yourself?

I think that I've learned to trust myself a lot more, even the Missions, the helicopter, my brain was going, you're gonna freak out, you're gonna need to get off, it's gonna be embarrassing, you're gonna let people down so to be able to calm yourself and go, I've got this. And then also, every day I was waking up not knowing if it was gonna be my last, and the thing I'm so proud of is that I could have completely ruined the experience by being worried about going, and I think I made a decision before I even came here, which was, even if I go out first, if I'm worried about going first, I'm gonna ruin the only experience of it I have. So I almost just forgot about it coming to an end, and was just like I'm here now. As of right now, I'm still in the game, and isn't that amazing?

What three words might you use to sum up your entire experience?

Incredible, rollercoaster, honour.

Is there a song that sums up your time in The Traitors?

Faith by George Michael.

Congratulations on winning!

It's happiness tinged with a little bit of embarrassment. I feel that I've won the game despite I would say my key development area in this game being identifying Traitors correctly. I think that's probably the thing that I was the worst at.

But you were a good Faithful in the sense that you were always investigating and staying calm and measured?

Yes, it was a healthy amount of dissociation that helped me. I don't hold on to my beliefs very strongly. I'm easily swayed, and I would say that I'm a mug. I've been a mug in this game, and as I discovered that I'd won, there was both joy at winning, and a sense of embarrassment at what I'd done during the game.

I'm really happy to have won, but you've got to think about my level of contribution to the game compared to some other people that have fallen by the wayside. James Blunt at some point in the future will kill me, and I'm saying that now. It's almost certain. I don't think his family are going to like me when they watch the show. I set up a hate campaign against Michael Sheen on camera. I genuinely said tonight we kill the King, which doesn't sound Faithful.

You say you were easily swayed. I think that was to your benefit in the end game?

When I thought about the visual for the final two, I'd always thought me and Bash. I was almost 100% certain that he was a Faithful. So then I'm thinking, well, the very minimal victory is it's me and Bash, right? But then you don't want to just get rid of everyone because, selfishly, you think you're only certain about one person.

So I'm thinking to myself, well, in that case, there's a third person. So Bash and myself, I'm certain about, and then it's another, either James or Kenny. And it was so marginal, me flitting between them both, and I locked onto being suspicious of James because he was following theories about Faithfuls and then not being at all reticent about going for another one. I just thought that was a bit suspicious. And also, you're so vigilant for anything that might lead you in a certain direction. And as Maya got up from the last Round Table, she said, "Good luck. You're going to need it," and when she said that, I immediately thought that must mean we're looking in the wrong place for this Traitor, right? That's how I interpreted that.

So then we go into the bar, and I say to James, "What did you think about the fact that Maya said, 'Good luck, you're going to need it'?" Because it needs discussing, even if it ends up meaning nothing. And James said something like, "I think that's just something she said," and it just immediately bumped me because I just thought, we've spent three and a half days talking about that peacock perfume bottle. How can you dismiss this. That interaction, that little interaction, is what made me vote for James in the final, in the final end game.

How did you feel then when you found out that Maya and Kenny were Traitors?

Maya, I was almost certain. I felt like she had behaved exactly how I would think that I would behave as a Traitor at the Round Table, and so I felt pretty sure we had got rid of a Traitor. Kenny was a big surprise because I'd allowed myself to really believe that it might be James, and he just solidified that in our interactions after the Round Table, and now I'm just thinking about all the conversations I've had on camera, and how embarrassing that is…

You seemed confident going into the final Round Table before the end game, but then suspicion suddenly turned on you and you had to answer a lot of questions…

I knew that I was going to get a little bit thrown at me. I think there's the crypts game, there was still a bit of suspicion about me being one of four. And also, Leigh-Anne and Maya had gone for me a little bit at breakfast, so I thought that I would get something. There was a bit of discussion about sniffing, the sniff theory. It's like there's so many cool theories in Traitors. I don't want this to be what people think about me. What's upsetting is I wasn't aware that I'd been sniffing at all, and then Sharon says, "I know that Romesh is a Faithful because I heard him sniffing the whole time. Yeah, and then you're thinking, "Well, this is a bit of a double-edged sword because this gets me out of a bit of trouble, but now I have to admit that I've got sinus issues.

Do you think if you had been questioned more at the Round Table, you would have reacted better to the heat on you at the final one?

I do. I think I would have been used to it. I think even when the focus turns to you a little bit, something chemically happens, and you lose any eloquence. To go from never getting a vote to in the most crucial Round Table getting two, to be honest with you, it spun me out. I do feel like I overreacted slightly.

What was it like being in the game with Rob?

Rob is one of my best mates. I think going into that, we were conscious of the fact that there was all sorts of speculation about 'what are they going to do with those two'. The advantage of having Rob in there is that I know him so so well, and I've seen him go through every emotion, so you think that that's somebody I can read, and vice versa, he can read me. There's advantages and disadvantages to that.

I think the biggest disadvantage to having Rob in the game is that people are immediately suspicious that one of you has got to be a Traitor. Most thinking from a telly perspective and also what would be exciting for the game, it would be so fun to pit those two against each other. One of them must be a Traitor.

In your gold chat, you said it would be hilarious if you got the chance to murder Rob. How did it feel when he actually got murdered face to face in the game?

I was gutted actually because I felt like as soon as we gave the key to Leigh-Anne I thought we've left Rob so vulnerable here, and more vulnerable than me and Ross because there's nothing on him, and so they'll know that we won't protect him. I would have loved to have seen him get murdered.

Did you have a favourite Mission?

Missions weren't something I was looking forward to, because I lack basic hand-eye coordination. I would say that my ability in those Missions is similar to that of a very well-trained animal, and so I was just sort of thinking, although we're not competing with each other except for shields, potentially we're all working towards the same thing.

I could out myself as an incompetent here in the Missions, and when you're trying to decide who you might vote off, a Faithful that has not only not contributed to a Mission but has hindered it is somebody you might get rid of. So I was slightly worried about that, but I would say I was pleasantly surprised by all the Missions. They were much better than I thought. I could do without ever seeing Ross Kemp foaming at the mouth again.

What was your biggest highlight from taking part in The Celebrity Traitors?

I think my biggest highlight is making a friend in Bash - relying on the fact that I thought he was a friend in that end game and that paying off, that is something I feel really good about. I'd also love the opportunity to request for the sniff thing to be removed from the footage.
