Highland St. & Florence St. Intersection Update

Please be advised that the planned conversion of the Highland Street and Florence Street intersection to a 4-Way Stop on Monday, December 15, 2025, will likely be impacted by forecasted weather conditions.

With potential snowfall predicted, crews will be unable to complete the necessary road markings, which will delay the full implementation of the 4-Way Stop. The conversion will take place as soon as road conditions improve following the expected precipitation and it is safe for DPW staff to proceed.

We will provide updates as soon as additional information is available.
