The Division of Air Quality, proposes to approve the following requests:

Thunder Creek Gas Services, LLC (F025823, P0039125):

CHAPTER 6, SECTION 2 CONSTRUCTION/MODIFICATION PERMIT - Department of Environmental Quality, Division of Air Quality PUBLIC NOTICE: In accordance with Chapter 6, Section 2(m) of the Wyoming Air Quality Standards and Regulations, notice is hereby given that the State of Wyoming, Department of Environmental Quality, Division of Air Quality, proposes to approve a request by Thunder Creek Gas Services, LLC to modify the T Chair Compressor Station with the following equipment one (1) 1.2 MMscfd TEG dehydration unit (DHY002), one (1) combustor for TEG dehydrator (FLR001), one (1) produced water loading (LUD001), update emissions associated with rod packing vent emissions (BVC003), update fugitive emissions (FUG001), update heater (HET001) to 2 MMBtu/hr, update emissions for a 300 barrel produced water tank (TNK001), and remove one (1) dehydrator (DHY001). The T Chair Compressor Station is located in the SE¼ SW¼ of Section 2, T43N , R76W, approximately twelve (12) miles northwest of Pine Tree Junction, in Campbell County, Wyoming.

For the duration of the public comment period, the permit application, the agency's analysis, and the public notice are available for public inspection online at https://openair.wyo.gov, utilizing facility ID F025823 and permit number P0039125 under permits. This material may also be viewed online, at the above URL, utilizing a public computer at the Campbell County Library, Gillette, Wyoming. Additionally, for the duration of the public comment period a copy of this public notice is available for public inspection at the Campbell County Clerk's Office, Gillette, Wyoming. In accordance with the Americans with Disabilities Act, special assistance or alternate formats will be made available upon request for individuals with disabilities.

CHAPTER 6, SECTION 2 CONSTRUCTION/MODIFICATION PERMIT - Department of Environmental Quality, Division of Air Quality PUBLIC NOTICE: In accordance with Chapter 6, Section 2(m) of the Wyoming Air Quality Standards and Regulations, notice is hereby given that the State of Wyoming, Department of Environmental Quality, Division of Air Quality, proposes to approve a request by Thunder Creek Gas Services, LLC to construct the Black Butte Compressor Station by installing the following equipment: Five (5) 1,380 hp Caterpillar G3516B/ULB or G35156J engines, 1,340 hp Caterpillar G3516LE+/LEU engines, 1,035 hp Caterpillar G3512B engines, 600 hp Caterpillar CG137-12 engines, 840 hp Waukesha F3524GSI engines, or 1,470 hp Waukesha L7042 GSI engines (ENG001-ENG005), Five (5) 1,775 hp Caterpillar G3606 A3 engines, 1,875 hp Caterpillar G3606 A4 engines, 1,380 hp Caterpillar G3516B/ULB or G35156J engines, 1,340 hp Caterpillar G3516LE+/LEU engines, or 1,470 hp Waukesha L7042GSI engines or 1,680 hp Waukesha L7044GSI engines (ENG006- ENG010), One (1) 300 hp or less lean or rich burn unit with a gas engine-driven generator (ENG011), Up to two (2) TEG dehydration unit(s) with single or combined capacity up to 50 MMscfd or less (DHY001, DHY002), Up to two (2) 1.5 MMBtu/hr or less TEG reboiler(s) (HET001, HET002), One (1) JT or fuel conditioning skid with processing capacity of 15 MMscfd or less, Two (2) 500 bbls or less atmospheric produced water storage tank (TNK001, TNK002), Two (2) 50,000 gal or less pressurized condensate bullet tanks (TNK003, TNK004), Up to two (2) combustors for the TEG dehydrator(s) (FLR001, FLR002), Up to two (2) 0.25 MMBtu/hr or less tank heater(s) for atmospheric produced water tank(s) (HET003, HET004), One (1) coalescer for water removal (SEP001), Six (6) pig receivers and six (6) pig launchers (BVC001), One (1) produced water loading area (LUD001) and associated equipment, One (1) condensate loading area (LUD002) and associated equipment. The Black Butte Compressor Station is located in the NE¼ NE¼ of Section 32, T43N, R71W, approximately seven (7) miles south-southeast of Wright, in Campbell County, Wyoming.
