Green joined LLW in 2016 and has extensive litigation experience in a wide range of areas such as real property, commercial disputes, contracts, land use, and environmental matters. He represents both public and private entities in litigation before federal, state, and administrative courts, with a particular focus on environmental issues such as permitting, contamination, and construction-related litigation. Green also handles various real estate transactions, including acquisition, sale, and closing administration. His unique qualifications and licenses enable him to assist families with real estate transfers through probate.
Since 2020, Green has been listed as a Rising Star by Florida Super Lawyers, a peer designation awarded to only 2.5% of Florida lawyers. He is also recognized on the Ones to Watch list by Best Lawyers in America© in Environmental Litigation and Real Estate Law, and is named a Top Lawyer in Administrative/Regulatory Law and Environmental Litigation by Tampa Magazine.
Green serves as Vice-Chair of LLW's Litigation Practice Group and is an active member of the Florida Bar and the American Bar Association Section of Environment, Energy and Resources (SEER). He lives in Manatee County with his wife, Caitlin Green, and three children.
Green received his Juris Doctorate from the Louis D. Brandeis School of Law at the University of Louisville.
