Collections Connection 2026

The Collections Roundtable is bringing back Collections Connection for its second annual one-day conference, created specifically for credit union collections professionals. The event will bring together collections professionals from across the industry for conversations around the trends, challenges and best practices shaping their work today.

Collections teams are navigating an evolving environment, from changing member needs to new approaches for managing delinquency and supporting members through financial challenges. Collections Connection provides an opportunity to step away from the day-to-day, hear what's happening across the industry and learn from others facing many of the same challenges.

The day will also offer plenty of opportunities to connect with fellow collections professionals and valuable vendor partners, creating space to share ideas, ask questions and build relationships that can continue beyond the event.
