Louisiana 100 Plan: Investing in our communities through charitable giving

At Entergy Louisiana, powering homes and businesses is just the beginning - our deeper mission is to power lives. Through the Entergy Louisiana 100 Plan, we're reaffirming our commitment to building stronger, more resilient communities by investing in the well-being of the people we proudly serve. One of the most meaningful ways we live out this commitment is through strategic charitable giving.

Philanthropy is a cornerstone of our "People " pillar - because we believe strong communities create a stronger Louisiana. In 2024 alone, with support from our shareholders, Entergy Louisiana contributed more than $11.4 million to over 523 nonprofit organizations across the state. These investments are not only meeting immediate needs but also driving long-term, sustainable progress.

We're intentional about where and how we invest, focusing on areas where we can make the greatest impact. So far in this year, we have contributed to:

• Education and workforce development - $3.2 million to help prepare the next generation for rewarding, high-demand careers.
• Community improvement and enrichment - $5 million to strengthen infrastructure, expand housing access and boost civic engagement.
• Poverty solutions and social services - $1.65 million to support families facing hunger, homelessness or economic hardship.
• Environmental stewardship - $556,000 to preserve Louisiana's natural beauty and unique ecosystems for future generations.
• Healthy families - $535,000 to promote wellness and expand access to care.
• Arts and culture - $379,000 to celebrate and sustain our state's vibrant cultural traditions.
• Disaster relief and recovery - $79,000 to help our neighbors recover and rebuild with resilience and hope.

But our impact goes beyond dollars. Across Louisiana, our employees are stepping up every day to serve - because giving back is part of who we are. Through paid volunteer time, our team members are empowered to support the causes closest to them, contributing their time and talents to organizations that make a difference in our neighborhoods.

We're proud to say that Entergy Louisiana delivers an estimated $100,000 in labor value each month to local nonprofits through employee volunteerism. That's more than $1 million annually in hands-on support for programs that promote food security, education, healthcare, disaster recovery and more. By pairing financial contributions with boots-on-the-ground action, we're strengthening partnerships and expanding our reach across the state.

Through the Louisiana 100 Plan, we're taking a long-term view of community engagement. We're not just funding programs - we're investing in people.
