VHX - The Van Halen Experience returns
VHX - The Van Halen Experience returns to the Sounds of Lewisville on Tuesday, June 2, in Wayne Ferguson Plaza, 150 W. Church Street.
VHX is designed to give the audience the true Van Halen experience. Much more than a tribute, VHX captures the essence of a live Van Halen concert. Check out their performance of "Runnin' With The Devil," "Jump" and "Hot for Teacher" from their 2021performance.
Dani Reed, a powerhouse Texas rock artist, is the opening act for this concert.
Concerts start at 7 p.m. every Tuesday night in May and June. Opening acts will perform 7-7:45 p.m., and headliners will perform 8-9:30 p.m. Attendees are encouraged to bring blankets and lawn chairs for their comfort. Well-behaved pets on a leash are allowed at the shows. Food and beverages will be available for purchase. Smoking and vaping are prohibited in Wayne Ferguson Plaza.
The award-winning Wayne Ferguson Plaza is a 1.5-acre urban park that takes on a contemporary sweeping gesture using water to link east to west and united Lewisville City Hall and Lewisville Grand Theater. It features an elevated stage, a multi-level seating area, an interactive splash pad and a garden filled with swathes of native grasses and wildflowers.
To reach the concert sites from Interstate 35E, take exit 452 and proceed east on Main Street to Charles Street. Lewisville Grand Theater will be on the left. Free public parking is available along Main and Charles streets, or at Lewisville City Hall.
