Make Music Orange County" Set to Return June 21
Registration is open for host venues and musicians for the second year
Orange County, FL - Make Music Orange County, a wild and wonderful mix of free public musical events, is set to take place on Sunday, June 21, 2026. Performances will be offered at a variety of locations throughout Orange County and are FREE and open to the public.
Any musician, amateur or professional, young or old, is invited to take part by signing up at Make Music Orange County. Last year's inaugural Make Music Day had 40 performances across 16 locations, including coffee shops, restaurants, community centers, museums, outdoor plazas, and a private home. Styles of music included Indian choral, bluegrass, funk, country, jazz, pop, classical, Vietnamese fusion, Latin, barbershop, and more.
"Make Music Day gave me the perfect opportunity to debut my talent at local venues last year, and I've grown so much as an artist since then," said Arum Lee Lansel. "I can't wait to perform again this year and help bring our community together through music."
"It was such a joy to launch Make Music Day in Orange County last year, and I'm excited to celebrate again," said Vicki Landon, Administrator of Orange County Arts & Cultural Affairs. "I hope everyone takes a moment on June 21 to enjoy or create some music for their friends, family, and community."
Orange County invites music-makers and those who wish to host performances to sign up at MakeMusicDay.org/OrangeCounty. The deadline is June 19th
