Contracts for June 12, 2026

NAVY

Lockheed Martin Corp., Fort Worth, Texas, is awarded a $2,293,000,000 cost-plus-incentive-fee indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity contract to provide initial non-recurring sustainment activities and services, including site activation, interim contractor support, fleet management, and reliability and maintainability improvement plan in support of establishing new operational sites, one-time setup of both land-based and at-sea fleet support operations including initial engineering and technical sustainment services the F-35 Lightning II Joint Strike Fighter Air Systems for the Air Force, Marine Corps, Navy, Foreign Military Sales customers, and F-35 Cooperative Program Partners. Work will be performed in Fort Worth, Texas (85%); and Orlando, Florida (15%), and is expected to be completed in December 2028. No funds will be obligated at the time of award; funds will be obligated on individual orders as they are issued. This contract action was not competed. Naval Air Systems Command, Patuxent River, Maryland, is the contracting activity (N0001926D0010).

Sikorsky Aircraft Corp., a Lockheed Martin Co., Stratford, Connecticut, is awarded a not-to-exceed $525,000,000 firm-fixed-price, cost-plus-fixed-fee, cost reimbursable indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity contract to provide highly specialized non-recurring engineering, integration, and flight-test support for the development and modernization of the Y/CH-53K Heavy Lift Helicopter program. Efforts include the design, development, testing, verification, and validation of product improvements, as well as the integration and qualification of advanced technologies to enhance aircraft capability, performance, and reliability for the Marine Corps, Navy and a Foreign Military Sales customer. Work will be performed in Stratford, Connecticut (65.2%); West Palm Beach, Florida (19.93%); Fort Worth, Texas (4.79%); Trumbull, Connecticut (3.16%); King of Prussia, Pennsylvania (1.43%); Rochester, Minnesota (1.12%); and various locations within the continental U.S. (4.37%), and is expected to be completed in June 2031. No funds will be obligated at the time of award; funds will be obligated on individual orders as they are issued. This contract action was not competed. Naval Air Systems Command, Patuxent River, Maryland, is the contracting activity (N0001926D1005).

Krempp Construction Inc.* Jasper, Indiana, is awarded a firm-fixed-price, indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity contract (N4008526-D-0013) with a maximum amount of $45,000,000 for magazine maintenance and repairs at Naval Weapons Station Crane. Work will be performed at Crane, Indiana. The term of the contract is not to exceed 60 months with an expected completion date of June 2031. Fiscal 2026 working capital (Army) contract funds in the amount of $2,500 are obligated at time of award and will not expire at the end of the current fiscal year. This contract was competitively procured via Sam.gov, with one offer received. Naval Facilities Engineering Systems Command Mid-Atlantic, Norfolk, Virginia, is the contracting activity.

Walashek Industrial & Marine Inc.,* Norfolk, Virginia, is awarded a $9,723,782 firm-fixed-price level-of-effort modification to a previously awarded contract (N00024-26-C-4434) to exercise an option for the accomplishment of maintenance, modernization, and repair of the steam propulsion plant systems on USS Iwo Jima (LHD 7) during the scheduled fiscal 2026 selected restricted availability. Work will be performed in Norfolk, Virgina, and is expected to be completed by May 2028. Fiscal 2026 other procurement, (Navy) funds in the amount of $9,723,782 will be obligated at the time of award and will not expire at the end of the current fiscal year. Naval Sea Systems Command, Washington, D.C., is the contracting activity.

AIR FORCE

Eiffage Infraestructuras SAU, Sevilla, Spain (FA5575-26-D-0001); UTE Programa, Sevilla, Spain (FA5575-26-D-0002); Sociedad Espanola de Montajes Industriales SA, Sevilla, Spain (FA5575-26-D-0003); Elecnor Servicios y Proyectos SAU, Sevilla, Spain (FA5575-26-D-0004); JJEX Construction JV LLC, Sevilla, Spain (FA5575-26-D-0005); Dragados Sociedad Anonima, Sevilla, Spain (FA5575-26-D-0006); and Cox T&I SL, Sevilla, Spain (FA5575-26-D-0007), were awarded a maximum $400,000,000 firm-fixed-price, indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity multiple-award construction contract supporting Morón Air Base, Spain. This contract provides for a broad range of design-build, sustainment, maintenance, repair, alteration, renovation, and minor construction projects. Work will be performed at Morón de la Frontera, Sevilla, Spain, and is expected to be completed by June 11, 2036. These contracts were competitive acquisitions and thirteen offers were received. Fiscal 2026 operations and maintenance funds in the amount of $35,000 are being obligated at time of award. The 496th Air Base Squadron, Morón Air Base, Morón de la Frontera, Sevilla, Spain, is the contracting activity.

Nextgen Federal, Morgantown, West Virginia, has been awarded a ceiling $14,081,185 cost-type contract for the Enterprise Environmental Portal E2P, named BIFROST. This contract provides for integration of artificial intelligence and machine learning to assist with workflow management, command and control, and production of weather products. Work will be performed at Morgantown, West Virginia, and is expected to be completed by June 21, 2030. This contract was a sole source acquisition. Fiscal 2026 operations and maintenance and research and development funds in the amount of $1,475,062 are being obligated at time of award. DEFENSE LOGISTICS AGENCY

Top Flight Aerostructures Inc., doing business as Top Flight Aerostructures Inc., Dallas, Georgia, has been awarded a maximum $53,078,535 firm-fixed-price, indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity contract for B-1 aircraft trailing edges. This was a competitive acquisition with two responses received. This is a three-year contract with no option periods. The performance completion date is June 12, 2029. Using military service is Air Force. Type of appropriation is fiscal 2026 through 2029 defense working capital funds. Symetrics Industries LLC, doing business as Extant Aerospace Inc., Melbourne, Florida, has been awarded a maximum $9,652,500 firm-fixed-price contract for F-16 battery chargers. This was a sole-source acquisition using justification 10 U.S. Code 3204 (c)(1), as stated in Federal Acquisition Regulation 6.103-1. This is a three-year contract with no option periods. The performance completion date is Aug. 1, 2029. Using military service is Air Force. Type of appropriation is fiscal 2026 working capital funds. The contracting activity is Defense Logistics Agency Weapons Support, Tinker Air Force Base, Oklahoma (SPRTA1-26-C-0063).

DEFENSE FINANCE AND ACCOUNTING SERVICE

CACI Inc.-Federal, Chantilly, Virginia, is being awarded an incrementally funded, labor-hour contract option (P00004) with a maximum value of $16,143,928 for Comptroller mission applications systems support for the Office of the Under Secretary of Defense (Comptroller). This modification exercises Option Year One with a period of performance of June 16, 2026, through June 15, 2027. The modification brings the total cumulative face value of the contract to $34,256,694 from $18,112,766. Work will be performed in Arlington, Virginia, with an expected completion date of June 15, 2027. Fiscal 2026 Office of the Undersecretary of Defense (Comptroller) defense-wide operations and maintenance funds in the amount of $9,332,019 are being obligated at the time of the award.
