Resident input sought through Mesquite Community Survey

The City of Mesquite will conduct a Community Survey to get input from citizens on programs and services.

In the first phase in August, randomly selected residents will receive an invitation by text message, letter or social media to participate in the survey.

The Community Survey will be administered by ETC Institute, a national leader in conducting customer satisfaction surveys for government organizations.

If you receive a survey from ETC, it is part of our official Mesquite Community Survey and is not a scam. The online survey will open in late September for all residents to provide additional input.

All responses will be kept confidential, and participants will have until early October to submit their responses.

"With the survey, we can ensure that the City's priorities align with the needs of our citizens," said Assistant City Manager Chris Sanchez. "The information gathered in the Community Survey helps us to improve City services and address challenges identified by the community."
