State v. Antjuan Harrison
Decatur, Ga.- DeKalb County District Attorney Sherry Boston announces a conviction by jury trial in the case against a Lithonia man accused of shooting and killing an acquaintance at a gas station in broad daylight after an argument.
On Thursday, March 12, 2026, a jury found Antjuan Harrison, 27, guilty of two counts of Felony Murder, Aggravated Assault, Possession of a Machine Gun, Possession of a Firearm During the Commission of a Felony, and related charges, stemming from the murder of Tori Dundas, 32, on July 12, 2023.
In a hearing held on March 13, 2026, Dekalb County Judge Yolanda C. Parker-Smith, who presided over the trial, sentenced Defendant Harrison to Life in Prison plus five years to serve consecutively.
According to the investigation, officers from the DeKalb County Police Department responded to a report of a person shot at a gas station located in the 6700 block of Browns Mill Road in the City of Stonecrest. When they arrived, police found Dundas lying on the ground deceased with two gunshot wounds to his chest.
Officers reviewed surveillance video footage from the gas station that captured the shooting. In the video, a black 2018 Mercedes-Benz C-300 pulled into the station. Defendant Harrison, who was in the front passenger seat, got out of the car and confronted Dundas, who was in the back seat. Harrison was armed with a 9mm Glock pistol that had been modified with an illegal device to turn it into an automatic weapon. Defendant Harrison hit Dundas with his gun. Dundas was also armed, but the Defendant pulled him out of the car, and the two struggled over their weapons. Defendant Harrison gained control of both firearms and, as Dundas tried to get back into the vehicle, Harrison fired two shots into Dundas's chest, causing him to fall to the ground.
Defendant Harrison then returned to the front passenger seat, collected his backpack, squatted over Dundas to take $5,000 out of the victim's pocket, and ran away.
On September 22, 2023, DeKalb Police arrested Defendant Harrison. Through ballistics testing, the Georgia Bureau of Investigation confirmed the gun Harrison was carrying at the time of his arrest was the modified firearm used in the murder.
The case, assigned to the Homicide and Gangs Unit, was prosecuted by Senior Assistant District Attorney Andrew Turner with assistance from Senior Assistant District Attorney Ryan Patrick, District Attorney Investigator A. Zackery, and Victim Advocate LaTonya Gates. DeKalb County Police Detective C. Williams led the initial investigation.
