Secretary of State Marco Rubio met today with Dominican Republic Foreign Minister Víctor Bisonó Haza in Washington to advance the strong U.S.-Dominican Republic partnership. The two discussed deepening security cooperation against the cartels and narco-terrorist groups that threaten our hemisphere. They also discussed continued collaboration under the U.S.-Dominican Republic Critical Minerals Framework to advance concrete investment in the mining sector.
