CANCELACIÓN DE EMISOR - VALORES
La Superintendencia de Compañías, Valores y Seguros, mediante Resolución No. SCVS-INMV-DNAR-2026-00011608 de 09 de junio de 2026, resolvió CANCELAR en el Catastro Público del Mercado de Valores la inscripción de los valores emitidos por BANCO GUAYAQUIL S.A. cuya oferta pública de la DÉCIMA EMISIÓN DE OBLIGACIONES DE LARGO PLAZO fue autorizada mediante resolución No. SCVS-INMV-DNAR-2020-00007884 del 01 de diciembre de 2020 por el monto de hasta USD $20'000.000,00 amparada con garantía general, la cual ha sido cancelada en su totalidad.
