Check out highlights from the 2026 Living Our Values Awards (LOVA) week!

Earlier this month, we welcomed winners from the 2026 Living Our Values Awards (LOVA) and their guests to Toronto for our annual 'LOVA Week'!

LOVA week is an opportunity to bring together winners from across our global operations who have received recognition for embodying one of Kinross' four core values - Putting People First, Outstanding Corporate Citizenship, High Performance Culture and Rigorous Financial Discipline -at work and in their communities.

Over the course of five days, winners and a guest of their choice had the opportunity to come to Toronto, meet fellow winners, participate in team-building events and activities and visit exciting attractions in both Toronto and Niagara Falls, Canada. At the end of the week, they were honoured at a reception where they accepted their awards from Paul Rollinson, CEO, with site leadership and Toronto office employees in attendance.

This year, key highlights from the winners' time in Toronto included a visit to the historic CN Tower and Ripley's Aquarium, a cooking class at Dish Studios, and a tour of Niagara Falls on Hornblower's Cruise. Participants also enjoyed a food excursion at Kensington Market, visited Kinross' Corporate Headquarters, and explored Scotiabank Arena, where they even had the opportunity to watch a Toronto Maple Leafs hockey practice!

"LOVA week is always a personal highlight for me, as we come together to recognize our global workforce and meet the employees who are bringing our four core values to life," said Paul. "These employees truly are living our values and serve as an inspiration to others throughout our Company. Their contributions help to strengthen our operational outcomes, our long-term future and our culture."
