Onondaga County - The State University Construction Fund, as lead agency, has determined that the proposed Renovate Illick Hall - located at SUNY College of Environmental Science and Forestry will not have a significant adverse environmental impact. The action involves fully renovating Illick Hall to provide a high-profile scientific research building that meets the latest building codes and provides the most technologically up-to-date features necessary for today's research, recruitment and retention needs. The project is located at 1 Forestry Drive, in the City of Syracuse, New York.
