Three Norton Rose Fulbright leaders named to Forbes’ 2026 America's Top Women Lawyers list

Norton Rose Fulbright Global Head of Antitrust and Competition and New York Co-Head of Litigation and DisputesRobin Adelstein, Global and US Chair and Head of Employment and LaborShauna Clark (Houston) and US Vice Chair Gina Shishima (Austin) have been recognized on Forbes' 2026 America's Top Women Lawyers list.

The inaugural list highlights the top women practitioners in the nation who are blazing a trail for other women in the field. Honorees were selected based on their notable litigation work, leadership, client impact, firm and community involvement and recognition within the broader legal industry.

As Global Head of Antitrust and Competition, Robin guides a team of over 180 lawyers across 20 countries toward growth, helping clients remain informed amid rapidly evolving legal landscapes. Her practice includes litigating complex commercial disputes, class actions and multi-jurisdiction cases before US federal and state courts and representing clients in government enforcement actions and merger reviews.

Shauna is nationally recognized as a leader in employment and labor law, handling sophisticated legal matters and confidential investigations across a wide variety of industries and practices. She is certified by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization for Labor and Employment Law and is a Fellow in the American College of Trial Lawyers.

Gina, who has a Ph.D. in molecular biology, delivers practical, business-focused solutions across the full spectrum of patent law, including prosecution, post-grant proceedings, litigation and IP due diligence in the life sciences area. She also guides the firm's strategic direction and oversees day-to-day operations as Vice Chair of the US Management Committee.
