Shauna is nationally recognized as a leader in employment and labor law, handling sophisticated legal matters and confidential investigations across a wide variety of industries and practices. She is certified by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization for Labor and Employment Law and is a Fellow in the American College of Trial Lawyers.
Gina, who has a Ph.D. in molecular biology, delivers practical, business-focused solutions across the full spectrum of patent law, including prosecution, post-grant proceedings, litigation and IP due diligence in the life sciences area. She also guides the firm's strategic direction and oversees day-to-day operations as Vice Chair of the US Management Committee.
