Upcoming Personnel Changes at the Rhode Island Bankruptcy Court

After 18 years of dedicated service to the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the District of Rhode Island, Pam Ricciarelli has announced her retirement effective May 31, 2026.

Pam began her Bankruptcy Court career in 2008 as a Case Administrator and in 2018 was promoted to the role of Courtroom Deputy. Throughout her career, Pam has been recognized as an expert in court operations and procedures and widely regarded as a trusted resource for both staff and the public. Her exceptional customer service, deep institutional knowledge, and steady professionalism have made her an invaluable member of the Clerk's Office. We are pleased to announce that Rebecca Sibielski will assume the primary Courtroom Deputy position effective June 1, 2026. Becky brings a strong foundation of legal experience to the Court and has been actively training in the courtroom deputy role, gaining valuable knowledge and hands-on experience in a short period of time.
