(CMP000205) to modify and operate the Hardy Federal Section 7 PAD (F026341) by updating the equipment list and controlling produced gas emissions, with a smokeless combustion device and smokeless flare to control volatile organic compound and hazardous air pollutant emissions associated with the oil tanks, active produced water tanks and produced gas, located in the NE1/4NW1/4 of Section 7, T38N, R73W, approximately twenty-one (21) miles west of Bill, in Converse County, Wyoming.
