ADDENDUM NUMBER 1
All information contained in this Addendum Number 1, dated May 8, 2025, shall become part of the Request for Proposals documents:
- WRITTEN QUESTIONS, RESPONSES, AND RFP PRE-SUBMITTAL MEETING PRESENTATION
No written questions were submitted via the MS Form by the May 1, 2025, deadline outlined within the RFP.

- CHANGE TO COMPOSITION OF APPLICATION REVIEW PANEL
The City of Durham is updating section 200. Review Process to further specify the composition of the application review panel. Amended text is as follows:
200. Review Process.
Applications will each be reviewed using the evaluation rubric above byat least one City of Durham staff member and at least three external reviewers. Application packages will be categorized by project type, scored, averaged, and ranked. (page 15)
