For Ally Isom, creating opportunities for women has long been part of the work.
Ally, Vice President and Chief Corporate Affairs Officer at Clyde Companies, was recently honored as one of six Utah leaders during the Salt Lake Business Journal's 2026 Companies Championing Women recognition luncheon.
The recognition celebrates leaders who are helping women grow and advance in Utah workplaces. For Ally, it comes after years of work both inside and outside Clyde Companies to make more room for women to lead.
Since joining Clyde Companies in 2022 as the company's first female executive, Ally has helped strengthen the company's culture and its voice in the community. She has also been closely involved in efforts to support women across the business.
"Clyde Companies is truly committed to empowering women in business, and this honor demonstrates that commitment," said Jeremy Hafen, President and CEO of Clyde Companies. "We support multiple women's initiatives throughout the organization and will continue to look for additional ways to champion women in each of our subsidiary companies."
Ally's influence also reaches well beyond Clyde Companies. Her career has included leadership in business, public service and civic organizations throughout Utah. In 2025, she received the Salt Lake Chamber's ATHENA Leadership Award, its highest recognition for women in business.
This latest honor is another reflection of the work Ally has done throughout her career to help women find their voice, recognize their potential and have a seat at the table.
Congratulations, Ally!
