City of Miami Mayor Eileen Higgins, City of Miami Commissioners and members of the City administration, in partnership with Miami-Dade County, the Flagler Business Improvement District (BID), Flagler area property owners and the Miami Downtown Development Authority (DDA), invite you to a commemorative event to celebrate the completion and opening to pedestrians and vehicular traffic of Section C, the third segment of the Downtown Flagler Street Beautification Project. Sections A & B are already in service to pedestrians and vehicular traffic, enhancing the quality of life of residents and visitors to Downtown Miami.

The revamped Downtown Flagler Street delivers an enriched pedestrian experience with an iconic festival design, expanded sidewalks, outdoor dining, improved lighting, signage, public art and much more. Do not miss the opportunity to be part of this historic and commemorative event!

While we celebrate the completion of section C of the project, the City of Miami Office of Capital Improvements (OCI) will continue working on sections D and E until full completion of the project. Section D is anticipated to be completed in March 2026, while section E is anticipated for April 2026.
