Norton Rose Fulbright partners Reagan Brown (Houston) and Andrew Giaccia (Washington, DC and New York) have been inducted into Lawdragon's 2026 Hall of Fame.
The 2026 Hall of Fame, honoring 103 US lawyers, recognizes lawyers included in past Lawdragon guides who have made remarkable contributions to the legal profession. Reagan and Andrew join Layne Kruse (Houston), Brian Sun (Los Angeles) Linda Addison (Houston) and Keith Martin (Washington, DC), who have previously received this honor.
Reagan has been a partner in the firm's Houston office since 1990. He has extensive jury trial and appellate advocacy experience in federal and state courts. He handles a broad range of matters including complex commercial litigation, royalty disputes and serious personal injury and wrongful death cases.
Andrew has more than 25 years of experience advising on environmental law, especially related to the financing and construction of power and infrastructureprojects as well as the purchase and sale of commercial enterprises. He focuses on Federal Clean Air Act, Endangered Species Act, Resource Conservation and Recovery Act, Superfund and Clean Water Act matters.
