Russian-Bangladeshi intergovernmental protocols to loan agreements ratified

The federal law ratifies four protocols to the agreements between the Government of the Russian Federation and the Government of the People's Republic of Bangladesh. These agreements concern the provision of state export loans to Bangladesh to finance both the preparatory phase and the construction of a nuclear power plant in the country.
