Per AS 38.05.070(e) and AS 38.05.070(b) the Department of Natural Resources (DNR); Division of Mining, Land and Water (DMLW), Southcentral Regional Land Office (SCRO) has made a decision to renew an existing land lease issued to VB-S1 Assets, LLC for an additional 10-year term for the operation of a communications site. The location of the lease is further described as within the NE1/4 SE1/4 of Section 19, Township 22 North, Range 12 West, Seward Meridian, in the Shell Hills, Alaska.
