DPD Announces 10 'Manufacturing Excellence' Award Winners for 2026
The Department of Planning and Development and World Business Chicago honored 10 Chicago companies today with Manufacturing Excellence awards for their exemplary roles within Chicago's industrial ecosystem.
Nominated by DPD's Local Industrial Retention Initiative (LIRI) partners, the winners were celebrated at the mHub technology lab on the Near West Side as part of Manufacturing Month in the United States.
The winners demonstrated excellence in various performance measures, including longevity, resilience, innovation, community investment and workforce development.
Companies honored during the fourth-annual event include:
