Sheppard Mullin represented HyBridge Solutions (HyBridge) in its sale to Argano, a global leader in specialist consultancy. HyBridge's deep experience in workforce management, human capital management and enterprise resource planning, business process design, along with its cloud-based system implementation, integration and digital transformation, will enhance Argano's healthcare expertise and expand its performance consulting and modern finance capabilities.
