Westwood Golf Course Clubhouse Project Nears Completion

The Westwood Golf Course Clubhouse project is progressing toward its target completion date of May 15th. While some small items will remain to be finished after that date, staff will begin training on new systems and equipment. Pending City Council approval, site grading will begin soon, and bids for the patio and outdoor shelter completion will be issued shortly. A temporary solution has been implemented for the sprinkler system, and a new water main will be installed from W 28th St S (Gun Club Road) to the clubhouse. This upgrade will improve water flow and pressure, benefiting both the clubhouse and the surrounding Lambs Grove area. Until the new water main is fully operational, the clubhouse will operate with an occupancy limit of 99 people to comply with fire codes.
