TRAFFIC ALERT: Route 39/Cedar Creek Bridge CLOSED May 4-9

Where: Missouri Route 39 over Cedar Creek east of El Dorado Springs

When: Around the clock, Monday-Saturday, May 4-9

What: Contractor crews taking samples at the bridge in advance of a future project to replace the bridge

Traffic Impacts:

• All Route 39 lanes CLOSED around the clock at the bridge over Cedar Creek
• Drivers will have access to entrances at either end of the work zone, but will not be able to travel across the bridge
• No signed detour
• Signs and message boards will alert drivers approaching the work zone
• Drivers should find alternate route
• Check MoDOT's Traveler Information Map for road closings/traffic impacts

Weather and/or scheduling conflicts could alter the work schedule.
