TALLAHASSEE, Fla- Today, Governor Ron DeSantis announced the appointment of Jason Andreotta, Jesse Dyer, and Alexandra LaTorre to the State Retirement Commission.
Jason Andreotta
Andreotta is the Assistant Deputy Secretary of Regulatory Programs for the Florida Department of Environmental Protection. Active in his community, he previously served as a member of the Indian River Lagoon Council Board of Directors and the Lake Worth Lagoon Initiative Steering Committee. Andreotta earned his bachelor's degree in earth and environmental sciences from Lehigh University.
Jesse Dyer
Dyer is a Partner at Shutts & Bowen, LLP. Previously, he served as an Assistant General Counsel for the Florida Department of State and the Florida Department of Business and Professional Regulation. Dyer earned his bachelor's degree in political science from Florida State University and his juris doctor from St. Thomas University.
Alexandra LaTorre
LaTorre is a Policy Coordinator for the Finance and Economic Analysis Unit of the Office of Policy and Budget within the Executive Office of the Governor. Previously, she served as a Policy Analyst for the Florida House of Representatives Ways & Means Committee and a Senior Economist for the Office of Policy and Budget within the Executive Office of the Governor. LaTorre earned her bachelor's degree in economics and international affairs from Florida State University.
These appointments are subject to confirmation by the Florida Senate.
