As Fort Worth ushers in the new year, two hallmark events bring the community together again for celebration, reflection and entertainment. The 41st Annual Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. Holiday Parade and the Fort Worth Stock Show & Rodeo are set for this month, each offering opportunities to honor heritages and create unforgettable memories.

41st Annual MLK Day Holiday Parade and Rally

Go ahead and mark your calendars for Mon, Jan. 19, as downtown Fort Worth becomes a vibrant hub of celebration for the life and legacy of Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. at the 41st annual Holiday Parade and Rally. This event promises to inspire and unite the community through celebration all around.

Event details:

  • Date: Monday, Jan. 19
  • Time: Step off at 11 a.m.; participants should arrive at 10 a.m. for registration and lineup.
  • Location: Parade route begins at Commerce Street and travels along Main Street, downtown Fort Worth.
