A Strong Start to Water Conservation… Thanks to You!

Over the past 10 days, our community has shown what thoughtful water use can accomplish. Daily water demand has consistently stayed below last year's levels, and on four of those days, it even dipped below the 5-year average.

Across the valley, individuals, families, businesses, and our neighboring cities are making smart water choices day after day. Small actions such as adjusting irrigation, fixing leaks quickly, watering only when needed, are adding up in a big way. Your efforts are helping stretch our water supply at a time when every drop matters.

The chart above shows exactly what this progress looks like: compared to the same period last year, water demand has trended lower throughout April 21-30. And when we outperform our 5-year average, even for a few days, it's a clear sign that our community's conservation mindset is taking hold.
