Baker McKenzie legal advisor to Lars Wingefors AB in its acquisition of Täby Air Maintenance and three aircrafts

Lars Wingefors AB, through a wholly owned subsidiary, has entered into an agreement with Erik Thun AB to acquire Örebro-based Täby Air Maintenance AB as well as three Saab 2000 aircraft. Täby Air Maintenance, founded in 1989, is a provider of maintenance, repair and technical support for aircraft, with a particular focus on regional aircraft such as the Saab 340, Saab 2000 and ATR. The company is headquartered in Örebro, Sweden, and employs more than 50 aircraft technicians and engineers.

Lars Wingefors AB is a private investment company founded by entrepreneur Lars Wingefors, based in Karlstad, Värmland, Sweden. The company is the largest shareholder in the publicly listed Embracer Group and Asmodee Group. The largest private subsidiary of Lars Wingefors AB is the real estate developer Bröderna Wingefors AB, with a growing portfolio of properties in western Sweden. Lars Wingefors AB also holds a portfolio of minority investments in other companies, particularly tech-based businesses.
