Four Altair Global Leaders Honored With WERC Distinguished Service Awards

Benny's second consecutive Distinguished Service Award builds on a history of recognition from WERC. He received the organization's Meritorious Service Award in 2023, followed by his first Distinguished Service Award and the WERC President's Award in 2025. His 2026 recognition reflects another year of sustained leadership, contribution, and service to WERC and the broader mobility community across APAC.

Mickey Calantropio is no stranger to WERC recognition. This year's award represents her third Distinguished Service Award, following previous DSAs in 2018 and 2024, as well as a Meritorious Service Award in 2014.

Her service to WERC has been extensive and sustained. Mickey has been involved with the organization since 2009 and has contributed through committees, task forces, planning groups, articles, industry forums, and other initiatives throughout her career.

One of her longest-running commitments has been the CRP Certification Review Board, where she has served since 2012 and as chair for several years. The board helps keep the Certified Relocation Professional curriculum current and relevant by developing and reviewing examination questions and categories.

Mickey has also been active with WERC Emerging Leaders, supporting efforts designed to educate and connect newer professionals within the mobility industry. More recently, she has served as a mentor within the WERC Momentum Mentorship Program, helping emerging mobility professionals collaborate on real-world industry challenges.

The Momentum program uses project-based collaboration to develop emerging global mobility leaders, with teams working together to explore industry challenges and present their solutions at the WERC Global Conference.

For Mickey, the value of that service extends beyond any individual award.
