Budget Workshops Begin July 16


The Marion County Board of County Commissioners (BCC) invites residents to attend its upcoming Fiscal Year 2025-2026 Budget Workshops , beginning Wednesday, July 16, 2025 , at the Marion County Commission Auditorium , located at 601 SE 25th Ave., Ocala, FL 34471 .

These workshops are a key part of the county's annual budget process, offering transparency and community insight into how tax dollars are allocated. County departments, program directors, and constitutional officers will present their budget requests and priorities during these sessions.

Workshop Schedule - All sessions begin at 9 a.m., unless otherwise noted.

  • The final budget will be considered for adoption during a public hearing on September 24, 2025. Once adopted, the approved budget will also be made available on the county's website.
